You are:
- Overwhelmed, you find it difficult to come to during office hours
- Demanding, you want to have your own coach
Euroforme offers: By appointment, a qualified coach will take your under his or her wings individually, taking in account your pace, using of course the club’s material. If you prefer, you could set an appointment even out of opening hours of the club.
The Coaching is a special subscription formula that involves a specified cost to Euroforme (see conditions at the reception).
Euroforme develops individualized courses or group formula (max 3 people) of ground exercises and Pilates machine (Pilate Allegro: Cadillac and reformer).
